Uniformity

Or non-conformity? I don't know.

I just know that I've discovered a couple more bread products that are surprisingly not difficult to make.

But uniformity does not seem to belong in this household. We wanted perfect square crackers, but we got this:

We wanted perfect rounded bagels with perfect holes in the middle, and we got this:

That's okay. Uniformity is for the mass produced I say, but yumminess belongs in every home.
